Hi Folks and welcome to Ep 19 of Adventures on the Road…its February already

In this episode we talk to Prime Tourist Park in Lakes Entrance Victoria, bushfires, being back OPEN, what that area has to offer the tourist, The Daly trippers are one month into their lap and we find out how they are adjusting to life on the road. We also chat with one of the Crack up Sisters, some of you may have seen them at various events around the country

The Prime Tourist Park - Lakes Entrance

We are Daryl, Sandi, and our son Delmon, with our pawsome pets, “Beau” the Havanese & “Kasper” the German Short Haired Pointer.

Our journey began on 11th August 2015, when we took over an old Park with a bad reputation and knew we could turn it into a great place to holiday with pets. Since then we have spent plenty of time, effort and dollars into improving the facilities and treating all of our Guests with respect and care to ensure they come back again, and they do!

It is a small Park with only 4 Cabins and 2 Cottages for exclusively pet friendly accommodation to suit all budgets. We also provide 26 powered sites for Recreational Vehicles such as Vans, Motor Homes, Camper Vans and Camper Trailers. (Sorry, we cannot offer Tent or Swag Sites, and it is not fair on those trying to find pet friendly accommodation for us to reserve Cabins & Cottages to those without a pet of their own).

The most popular differences between Prime and other places to stay in beautiful Lakes Entrance, are our communal fire pit & happy hour sessions, our Dog Day Care, a newly installed K9000 Dog Hydrobath, and our central location within a short walk to everything including the breathtaking 90 mile beach.

The Crack Up Sisters

These ladies are proud to be branded as crackers. The kind of brand that represents a ‘get in and get to it’ country Australian way of being!

They’ve been performing for over 10 years in western circuits, equestrian, theatre, film and entertainment arenas across Australasia and now North America and Canada. They are always a hit at a variety of events from city to country.

Together The Crackup Sisters have featured at the Calgary Stampede in Canada, Reno Rodeo in USA, toured extensively throughout Australia, have entertained large conferences at corporate dinners, ran a muck at the Winton Outback festival, Beef Australia, Fremantle Street Arts Festival, Deni Ute Muster, Mount Isa Rodeo, Mareeba Rodeo, Perth, Brisbane, Darwin, Toowoomba, Bathurst Royal Shows and loads of country agricultural shows across Australia, just to name only a few..

The Sisters continuously hit the road touring through rural QLD, NSW, VIC, SA and NT with a few timely visits to WA. Heading off down the track to bring some ol’ fashion fun to audiences across the country.

Audiences everywhere are enthralled by The Crackup Sister’s clean country humour, slapstick pranks, mastery of whip cracking and aerial prowess. You won’t believe their antics but you’ll love watching how they get away with it!
